About Nettle

We’re looking for a Fractional Senior Marketing Executive with strong strategic and execution skills to shape Nettle’s brand and narrative. This is a part-time, long-term consulting role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys crafting high-impact messaging for technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Refine and elevate copy across Nettle’s website and key materials to ensure clear, compelling storytelling.
- Develop a content plan aligned with company milestones, investor updates, and technical communications.
- Plan and oversee marketing videos and technical storytelling initiatives in collaboration with the product and leadership teams.
- Manage and execute content creation, ensuring consistency across channels (website, social, thought leadership).
- Contribute to the overall brand positioning and help translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging language.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or data infrastructure; 8+ years preferred.
- Strong copywriting and content strategy skills, with proven ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Experience working independently or as a consultant with startups or early-stage companies.
- Familiarity with brand storytelling for technical or deep-tech audiences.
- Comfortable collaborating with product, design, and leadership teams.
