Hours: ~20/week
We are seeking a Senior/Staff Flutter Engineer with deep expertise in front-end and mobile development. This is a part time, 3-6-month contract role requiring a self-driven engineer who can independently own projects, mentor others, and contribute to high-quality code and documentation. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and has significant experience in Flutter, mobile development, and fintech or crypto industries.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter at an expert level.
- Work autonomously on features, ensuring scalable and maintainable code.
- Create and maintain clear and thorough technical documentation.
- Mentor and support other engineers on Flutter best practices and architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) to deliver seamless product experiences.
- Communicate technical decisions and status clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deliver within tight timelines and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in front-end engineering.
- 3+ years of professional experience with Flutter (expert level required).
- 3+ years of experience in mobile development.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence.
- Must be available full time for the next 6 months.
- Experience in fintech or crypto is a major plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead by example.
