Threadcount is scaling fast as we expand into the U.S. market with a mission to bring luxury, sustainable textiles to the interior design world. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Fractional Senior Director of FP&A to join our founding team in a fractional capacity—with the opportunity to scale into a full-time leadership role as we grow.

You’ll partner directly with the founders (two sisters, startup-savvy and mission-driven) to lay the financial foundation that will power our expansion.
What You'll Own
- Financial modeling & cost analysis across SKUs, product lines, and business units
- Project costing & margin analysis for new product launches and interior design collaborations
- Product database & pricing architecture, including import/export strategy
- Budgeting, forecasting & cash planning to guide data-informed decisions
- Infrastructure setup and optimization across Excel, QuickBooks, Shopify, and Salesforce
- Cross-functional liaison between accounting, the CEO, and our external controller—you’re the financial translator, strategist, and steady hand
- Scenario planning & strategic insights for new markets, partnerships, and funding conversations
This Role is for You If:
- You’re excited about the challenge of building finance from the ground up
- You’re a self-starter with sharp analytical instincts and strong modeling skills
- You’re energized by creative collaboration and want your work to actually make an impact
- You’ve done some consulting or startup work and enjoy rolling up your sleeves
- You see fractional now as a path to meaningful long-term leadership
Bonus Points:
- Background in DTC, retail, or interior design industries
- Experience with financial infrastructure implementation
- Track record of supporting early-stage founders through growth and change
