Threadcount is scaling fast as we expand into the U.S. market with a mission to bring luxury, sustainable textiles to the interior design world. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Fractional Senior Director of FP&A to join our founding team in a fractional capacity—with the opportunity to scale into a full-time leadership role as we grow.

You’ll partner directly with the founders (two sisters, startup-savvy and mission-driven) to lay the financial foundation that will power our expansion.

What You'll Own

• Financial modeling & cost analysis across SKUs, product lines, and business units
• Project costing & margin analysis for new product launches and interior design collaborations
• Product database & pricing architecture, including import/export strategy
• Budgeting, forecasting & cash planning to guide data-informed decisions
• Infrastructure setup and optimization across Excel, QuickBooks, Shopify, and Salesforce
• Cross-functional liaison between accounting, the CEO, and our external controller—you’re the financial translator, strategist, and steady hand
• Scenario planning & strategic insights for new markets, partnerships, and funding conversations
