Role Description

This is a Fractional on-site role for a Senior Controller. The Senior Controller will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities also include managing accounting systems and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading the finance team. The Senior Controller will collaborate with other departments to support the financial health and growth of the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
