About the job

We are a US company that provides high-performance, single-tenant GPU infrastructure for AI teams, inference platforms, and cloud providers. We focus on predictable performance, fast deployment, and cost efficiency. We enable AI clouds and platforms to scale faster by delivering dedicated GPU clusters, optimized networking, and hands-on infrastructure support.

We are looking for a fractional Scrum Master to join us starting late June / early July. We need an experienced professional who will support our cross-functional team (including engineers, a growth associate, and founding members) by facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and coaching the team on Scrum best practices. We welcome experienced candidates from any country who have fluent English skills and are available weekdays from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM PT.

What you will do:

— Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

— Own and maintain our Trello board with color-coded dependency tracking

— Support a cross-functional team

— Advise on how to structure and write Trello cards, labels, checklists, dependencies

— Help remove blockers and keep us accountable to sprint goals

— Proactively coach the team on Scrum best practices

— Call out non-Scrum behaviors constructively and guide us toward doing things the right way

What we are looking for:

— PSM I or II (Scrum.org) or CSM certified

— 3+ years as a Scrum Master, ideally in startups or distributed remote teams

— Experience facilitating ceremonies beyond engineering — ops, growth, business pipelines

— Proficient in Trello, experience setting up and optimizing boards for cross-functional teams — Comfortable coaching founders and team members when processes aren't being followed correctly

Engagement: ~6–10 hrs/week | Fully remote | Contract

Start date: late June / early July

Compensation: open to hourly or monthly retainer
