Role Overview

The Fractional Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new business opportunities for Cubera’s Demand-Side Platform (DSP) in the U.S. market. This role is focused on prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with brands and advertising agencies to activate ad campaigns on Cubera’s DSP. As part of a lean and entrepreneurial team, the rep will play a critical role in building market presence and revenue traction during the company’s U.S. launch phase.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution

● Identify, prospect, and engage with brand marketers and advertising agencies to

promote Cubera’s DSP offering.

● Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities across direct brands and media

agencies.

● Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations to secure new ad

campaign commitments.

● Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets tied to commission structure.

Account Management & Client Success

● Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding and campaign

setup.

● Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth campaign activation, delivery,

and optimization.

● Develop long-term relationships with clients to drive renewals, upsells, and repeat

business.

Market Development & Strategy

● Gather market intelligence on client needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

● Provide feedback to leadership on product positioning, pricing, and feature

enhancements.

● Represent Cubera at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings (when

applicable).

Reporting & Collaboration

● Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline tracking in CRM tools.

● Report weekly progress against sales goals, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.

● Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategies and go-to-market approach.

Qualifications

● Proven experience in digital advertising sales (DSP, SSP, ad networks, programmatic

platforms, or related SaaS sales).

● Strong relationships with media agencies and brand advertisers are preferred.

● Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a lean startup environment.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Ability to work independently part-time with a focus on measurable outcomes
