We're seeking a battle-tested Fractional Sales Leader to guide our early-stage sales engine and help us 2x MRR by Q1 2026. You'll be our "player-coach": Hands-on with our SDR team to refine outbound strategies for automotive prospects, co-pilot demos showcasing AI voice agents' ROI (e.g., slashing missed calls by 80% for busy Automotive ), This is startup scrappiness at its best—no bureaucracy, just direct impact on a hot vertical where voice AI is a game-changer.

Location: Remote (US-based preferred for automotive timezone alignment)

Commitment: 10-20 hours/week (flexible, 3-6 month initial engagement with potential to extend)

About the Role

Sales Execution

  • Conduct follow-ups after demos and move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Prepare and send proposals, manage quotes, and oversee contract signing
  • Handle objections and communicate the product’s value to SMB and mid-market clients
  • Support pricing discussions and structure client packages with the CEO

Revenue Operations

  • Maintain and optimize CRM (HubSpot/Close)
  • Ensure every lead is properly tagged, tracked, and followed up
  • Build automated workflows for pipeline stages, follow-ups, and renewal alerts
  • Track and report metrics like demo-to-close rate, sales velocity, and lead source ROI

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years experience in SaaS sales, business development, or revenue operations
  • Experience in early-stage startups or AI/tech-driven B2B products preferred

Skills: Sharp closer who thrives in ambiguity—strong at ROI storytelling, CRM mastery (HubSpot/ Close) and mentoring small teams.

Mindset: Startup hustler excited about "too early" opportunities; automotive domain knowledge a must (e.g., understanding dealership call volumes and compliance needs). US work authorization required.

Nice-to-Haves: Track record of 30%+ quota attainment in vertical SaaS; familiarity with no-code integrations for voice agents.
