About Us

Atidiv partners with high-growth DTC brands to scale critical operations through specialized offshore teams across Customer Experience (CX) and Finance & Accounting (F&A). We help founders and operators reduce operational strain, improve unit economics, and build scalable, process-driven back offices without compromising quality.

As we expand our US GTM efforts, we are onboarding a small group of fractional senior sales leaders to accelerate pipeline creation and relationships within the DTC ecosystem.

 

Role Overview

This is a part-time (~20% commitment), fixed-retainer role for experienced professionals with deep exposure to DTC brands and strong relationships with founders and senior operators. You will help drive warm introductions, early-stage conversations, and pipeline development for Atidiv’s CX and F&A services.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Build and expand a qualified pipeline within DTC brands (SMB to mid-market)
  • Leverage your network to drive warm introductions to founders, COOs, CFOs, Heads of Ops, and CX leaders
  • Support initial discovery and positioning conversations around CX and F&A outsourcing
  • Help Atidiv understand evolving operational priorities and buying signals within DTC organizations

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 10-15 years of experience in DTC, ecommerce, consumer brands, or related services
  • Strong network of senior decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, Heads of Ops/CX)
  • Prior experience selling into, operating within, or advising DTC brands
  • Ability to quickly build trust and facilitate high-quality introductions
  • Comfortable with a fractional, flexible (~20%) engagement
  • Experience with CX operations, finance/bookkeeping, shared services, offshoring, or outsourcing (preferred, not mandatory)
