Parfait Productions Inc. is the producer behind the Shipyards Christmas Market in North Vancouver and the upcoming Langley Christmas Village — two rapidly growing seasonal destination events in British Columbia.
The Shipyards Christmas Market has quickly become one of the largest annual public events in the Lower Mainland, welcoming nearly 500,000 visitors in 2025. As we continue to expand our event platform, hospitality offerings, and sponsorship ecosystem, we are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Director of Sponsorship & Partnerships to help lead the next phase of growth.
This is not a junior sales role. We are looking for someone with experience in sponsorships, experiential marketing, corporate partnerships, hospitality, tourism, sports, media, festivals, or live events who understands how to build meaningful brand partnerships and long-term sponsor relationships.
The Role
The Director of Sponsorship & Partnerships will help develop and execute the sponsorship strategy across our event portfolio, including:
- Sponsorship sales and relationship development
- Corporate partnership strategy
- Sponsor activations and integrations
- Hospitality partnership opportunities
- Premium sponsor experiences and VIP programming
- Long-term partnership growth and retention
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly organized, relationship-driven, and excited by the opportunity to help shape one of BC’s fastest-growing event platforms.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- Build relationships with brands, agencies, and corporate decision-makers
- Develop sponsorship proposals and customized partnership packages
- Maintain and manage sponsorship pipeline and CRM systems
- Coordinate sponsor deliverables with internal operations team
- Assist in developing premium hospitality and VIP sponsorship opportunities
- Manage sponsor servicing before, during, and after events
- Support sponsor renewal and long-term partnership development
- Collaborate with ownership on sponsorship strategy and future growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, experiential marketing, events, hospitality, tourism, sports, or media
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and strategically
- Existing network within BC and/or Canadian corporate marketing community is considered a strong asset
- Experience with premium brand partnerships and hospitality activations is an asset
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving environment
Compensation
This is initially a flexible fractional / part-time leadership role.
Compensation structure includes:
- Monthly retainer ($2,500–$5,000 depending on experience and availability)
- Performance-based commission on sponsorship revenue generated
- Milestone bonuses tied to sponsorship growth targets
- Flexible work structure with opportunity to grow into a larger long-term leadership role as the company expands
Location
Metro Vancouver preferred. Hybrid and flexible work environment.
