The Role
Otairo is looking for a Fractional Sales Lead to start immediately and help us establish a scalable, repeatable sales motion from the ground up. You’ll lead Otairo’s sales efforts in close collaboration with the founding team, guiding strategy, shaping outreach, and directly engaging with prospects to secure new client relationships. You’ll help identify, reach, and convert new prospects through a mix of outbound research, existing connections, and creative outreach strategies. You’ll also work with a team member who supports coordination and outreach. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales builder who enjoys designing structure, systems, and rhythm in an early-stage environment.

We want to continue building on our momentum by expanding our reach, refining our sales strategy, and bringing in more clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead Otairo’s sales foundation in collaboration with the founding team
- Define our ICP and go-to-market strategy
- Partner on outbound campaigns and early pipeline development
- Conduct discovery calls, client demos, and negotiations to close deals
- Create and refine sales assets, including pitch decks, proposals, and case studies
- Establish CRM structure, reporting, and a simple forecasting rhythm
- Expand Otairo’s client base and document a repeatable sales process
- Work closely with marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and partnerships
Ideal Profile
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS, AI, or professional-services sales
- Experience taking a startup from early revenue to consistent growth
- Proven consultative selling and storytelling skills
- Collaborative, practical leader who enjoys working closely with founders
- Comfortable operating solo with limited structure and building new processes
- Familiar with CRMs
- Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills
- Fractional or consulting experience with early-stage or tech-driven firms
