About the Work
We're seeing early signs of traction by selling to offices. We're looking for a Fractional Sales Lead to take full ownership of the sales cycle focused on this vertical - from prospecting to closing and onboarding offices in the Bay Area.
Specifically, you'll:
- Manage the complete sales process: outreach, pitching, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing
- Build and qualify a pipeline of new business across industries
- Engage office managers and HR leaders through email and calls
- Partner closely with operations to ensure seamless handoff from signed deal to successful launch
- Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor pipeline health, and share insights on performance and trends
Sales stats:
- No hard data on sales cycle, but we're thinking 45 days based on catering industry norms
- Our target AOV per office is $1K / week
About You
You MUST have:
- Significant B2B sales experience - you can set the right strategy and own the full sales process yourself, from start to finish
- This is a hands-on role. If you prefer to play a more strategic/advisory role, we won't be the right fit for you
- You've sold to offices, office managers, HR teams - anything food, catering, wellness programs, employee perks, employer benefits programs, office cleaning services, etc.

- Based in the SF Bay Area
