Job Description:

We are seeking a Fractional Sales Executive to lead client acquisition for a high-performance growth consultancy. This is a role for someone who wants to build a massive, recurring income stream without the ceiling of a corporate salary.

We partner with established businesses that are stuck. We provide full-service digital marketing and sales automation: Google Ads, Social Media Ads, SEO, Website Development, and CRM implementation. We bundle these services into a cohesive system that drives revenue.

The Role

You will be targeting business owners, diagnosing operational bottlenecks, and prescribing high-ticket growth solutions.

  • Find: Self-source and engage successful business owners who have hit a revenue plateau.
  • Consult: Run a diagnostic sales process to identify gaps in their marketing and sales systems.
  • Close: Sell comprehensive marketing packages (Paid Ads, SEO, Web Development, and CRM Automation).
  • Handoff: Close the deal and pass the client to our fulfillment team for execution.

Who You Are

  • A Hunter: You do not wait for inbound leads. You have a proven process for prospecting and opening doors.
  • A Closer: You are comfortable navigating complex B2B deals and discussing high-value investments with CEOs.
  • Self-Sufficient: You thrive in a remote, autonomous environment. You do not need a manager to hold you accountable.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B Sales experience.
  • Proven track record of self-sourcing and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to command a room.
  • Comfortable working as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
  • Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Building abilities
  • Experience in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Sales Forecasting
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales tools
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in digital marketing, technology, or related industries is an advantage
