Envy Wigs is a leading supplier of innovative solutions in the alternative hair loss industry. We seek a dynamic In-House Sales Coach to enhance our sales team's performance through tailored coaching and training on a part-time or consulting basis.
Job Overview
The Fractional Sales Coach will work closely with our in-house sales team to develop skills, improve performance, and drive results. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a passion for mentoring and a proven track record in inside sales training. The position is part-time or consulting, requiring at least 20 hours per week on-site in our call center.
Key Responsibilities
- Coaching and Mentorship: Provide sales representatives with one-on-one and group coaching sessions to enhance their sales techniques, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Training Program Development: Design and deliver customized sales training programs, including workshops, role-playing scenarios, and e-learning modules.
- Performance Analysis: Assess individual and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted coaching plans.
- Strategy Collaboration: Work with sales leadership to align coaching initiatives with company goals and sales strategies.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to sales team members and report progress, challenges, and outcomes to management.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform coaching content and ensure relevance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in B2B/B2C sales, with at least 5 years in a sales coaching, training, or leadership role.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in sales methodologies
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable coaching plans.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, etc) and training platforms.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about developing others.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in coaching or training preferred.
- Experience in B2B industries.
- Familiarity with virtual training tools and coaching techniques.
Work Arrangement
- Type: Part-time or consulting role.
- Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week, flexible based on team needs.
- Location: Onsite in the Indianapolis area
- Contract Duration: 6-month contract with potential for renewal or full-time employment.
Compensation
