Katia Designs is a fast-growing women’s jewelry and lifestyle brand based in Boca Raton, Florida with a strong emotional connection to our customer base and a highly engaged community of over 100,000 customers.
We are looking for a highly experienced Fractional Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Expert to help us maximize customer lifetime value, repeat purchases, retention revenue, loyalty, and overall profitability across our Shopify ecosystem.
This is NOT an entry-level email marketing role.
We are looking for someone who deeply understands:
- Shopify retention marketing

- lifecycle automation
- post-purchase monetization

- SMS/email revenue growth
- VIP customer programs
- winback campaigns
- retention-focused growth strategy
Our belief is simple:The biggest growth opportunity in our business is likely already sitting inside our existing customer database — and we want an expert who knows how to unlock it.

Responsibilities
- Audit our current customer retention and lifecycle marketing systems
- Review existing Klaviyo flows, campaigns, segmentation, and automation
- Identify major revenue opportunities within our customer database
- Build advanced customer segmentation strategies
- Improve repeat purchase behavior and customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Create and optimize:
- winback campaigns
- post-purchase flows
- VIP customer journeys
- loyalty/rewards strategies
- referral programs
- reactivation campaigns
- SMS monetization strategies
- Develop stronger personalization across email/SMS/customer journeys
- Help architect a scalable retention marketing engine
- Work closely with:
- Brand Manager
- CRO Manager
- Founder
- Creative team
- Provide strategic guidance and implementation recommendations
- Help improve customer engagement without relying heavily on discounting

Ideal Candidate
You MUST have:
- Proven experience scaling retention revenue for Shopify brands
Strong expertise with:
- Klaviyo
- Shopify Plus
- SMS marketing
- lifecycle marketing
- segmentation
- customer cohorts
- loyalty systems
Deep understanding of retention KPIs including:
- repeat purchase rate
- LTV
- retention revenue %
- email revenue per recipient
- cohort performance
- reactivation rates
Experience with brands doing $5M–$50M+ annually preferred
Strong analytical and strategic thinking
Ability to identify hidden revenue opportunities
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
Fashion, beauty, wellness, or female-focused brand experience strongly preferred
