About the Role
Nomad Lane is looking for a sharp, executional Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital growth engine. This is a rare opportunity to run full-funnel marketing at a bootstrapped premium travel brand with ten years of history, a loyal customer base, and serious momentum heading into our most ambitious chapter yet.
This role starts as a fractional engagement — around 20 hours per week / 80 hours per month. But here's what makes it different: we're not looking for a contractor. We're looking for the person who grows into our first full-time marketing lead within 12 months. As Nomad Lane scales, this role scales with it.
You'll own paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and e-commerce performance while collaborating closely with our founders and cross-functional team. It's hands-on, remote, and built for someone who thrives with real ownership and wants to be part of building something.
This role reports directly to the Miami-based co-founders and is open to candidates across North America.

What You'll Own
Lead performance marketing across all acquisition, remarketing, and retention channels — strategy anchored in profitable growth
Execute full-funnel, 360° paid and owned media: Paid Social, Paid Search/Shopping, Affiliate, Influencer, SEO, Email/SMS, and emerging channels
Manage the marketing and content calendars — owned channels, lifecycle flows, email, SMS, editorial, and social
Own the marketing budget: forecasting, allocation, and regular reporting to leadership
Collaborate with the product team on brand campaigns and initiatives that drive brand affinity and hit business objectives
Oversee e-commerce performance: CRO, UX improvements, merchandising effectiveness, and site KPIs
Manage relationships with our performance marketing agency and MarTech platform partners
Monitor KPIs and analytics across channel-level performance, attribution, and on-site metrics
Stay ahead of marketing trends and tools — bring the right innovations to the table at the right time
What You Bring
3–5 years of performance marketing experience, ideally in D2C or e-commerce
Proven track record managing paid acquisition and retention with measurable results (CPA, ROAS, LTV)
Strong hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, GA4, and the Shopify ecosystem
Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership
Equally comfortable building strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute it
Strong project management skills — you can prioritize across multiple channels without dropping the ball
Clear communicator who can align cross-functional teams and move fast in a lean environment
A creative instinct paired with analytical rigor — you translate data into decisions
Compensation & Structure
$5,000/month retainer
Up to 20 hours/week (80 hours/month)
Remote, North America — Miami area / South Florida candidates preferred
Fractional contract to start, with a clearly defined path to full-time senior role within 12 months for the right candidate
Performance upside available for candidates who want skin in the game
