About the Role

Your primary objective will be to establish and scale our influencer capabilities for our live shopping platform. Leveraging your extensive network and persuasive skills, you will attract top influencers and onboard them onto the Drip platform. You will be responsible for outbound outreach to acquire new influencer partnership opportunities. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will develop targeted campaigns, monitor market trends, and continuously optimize the sales process.

Important: The influencers we recruit and partner with are all in the collectibles space - sports, Pokémon cards, sneakers, etc.

Commitment: Roughly 5 - 10 hrs / week, though we are entirely flexible based on the size of your existing influencer network and the speed at which you can secure new partnerships

Compensation: About $80 - $100 / hr

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including outbound outreach, to onboard collectibles influencers
• Build strong relationships with influencers, highlighting the benefits of DripShop
• Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Record influencer interactions and track progress towards category growth goals
• Continuously optimize sales processes for efficiency and conversion rates
• The role will report to our Head of Partners

Qualifications

• Critical: 6+ years experience working with influencers
• Critical: A deep, existing network of collectibles influencers specifically (Pokémon, sports, sneakers etc.) that you can tap into from Day 1
• Strong business development background- a hunter
• Prior experience as a founder in the collectibles space, or other job functions working with collectibles
