InTandem is a Revenue Operations talent marketplace, connecting growth-oriented companies with experienced operators to accelerate GTM performance. We support startups through Fortune 500 companies - primarily via partnerships with PE firms, fractional executive platforms, and service providers. We’re a fully remote team helping B2B companies scale with flexible, expert RevOps support.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Fractional Partnerships Lead to shape and scale our partner channel. You’ll work directly with the founder to refine our partner ICP, deepen existing alliances (e.g. complementary service providers, PE firms), and build repeatable systems to drive referred revenue.
This is an ideal role for someone with experience in B2B partnerships, who understands the PE/VC and fractional services landscape, and wants to help build a partner motion from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Sourcing & Relationship Building
- Identify, engage, and activate complementary partners (PE firms, VC platforms, executive networks, agencies, and service providers).
Strategy & Roadmap Development
- Codify our partnerships playbook: partner ICP, segments, value propositions, and joint success frameworks.
Partner Enablement
- Develop materials and programs to equip partners with what they need to refer qualified clients confidently.
Revenue Contribution
- Drive measurable pipeline from partner-sourced referrals. Help close loop with Sales to ensure partner-sourced deals convert.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to unify messaging and feedback loops.
Systems & Tracking
- Maintain workflows and performance metrics in HubSpot and other internal tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Meaningful experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or GTM consulting
- Direct experience working with or inside VC/PE ecosystems
- Strong communicator who can inspire confidence and build trust externally and internally
- Comfortable in ambiguity and scrappy environments - you get things done with limited resources
- Commercially minded with a builder’s mindset: systems, SOPs, and ROI matter to you
- Bonus: background in talent marketplaces, recruiting, or the fractional economy
What Success Looks Like
- A clear, documented partner strategy and operational playbook
- 3–5 new high-quality partner relationships signed and activated
- Measurable pipeline from each partner, with at least 1 closed deal per partner per quarter
- Visible and healthy referral performance from active partners
- Internal alignment around partner enablement and support systems
Compensation and Structure
- Base: $4K/month (fractional)
- Commission Components (customizable based on final structure): Fixed % of net new revenue from new referred clients + MBO-based bonuses tied to KPIs: # partners onboarded, co-marketing initiatives, pipeline influenced, etc.
- Potential for contract-to-hire into full-time leadership role as channel scales
