This is a fractional (25-50% time) opportunity for an experienced Partner Development Manager who understands how to build, activate, and grow partner ecosystems across hyperscalers, systems integrators, consulting firms, and industry alliances.
You will own the partner motion end-to-end — identifying key partners, building relationships, shaping co-sell collaboration, coordinating enablement, and driving momentum across Graphite’s modernization ecosystem. You will work closely with the leadership team and technical SMEs, with autonomy over how you structure and prioritize partner engagement.
Who This Role Is For
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with Microsoft, AWS, or SI/GSI partner programs
- Knows how to navigate partner organizations, build relationships, and develop co-sell motions
- Understands enterprise IT, cloud, modernization, or application development enough to speak credibly
- Thrives in a fractional, self-directed role with outcome-oriented flexibility
- Can independently identify high-value partners and shape collaboration paths
- Has strong communication and executive presence for partner-facing conversations
This role is ideal for someone who has run a partner program, served as a PDM or alliances lead, or supported ecosystem strategy in a technology company.
What You’ll Do

- Identify hyperscalers, SIs, consulting firms, and industry partners aligned to modernization and digital transformation
- Prioritize partners based on opportunity, vertical alignment, and mutual value creation
Relationship Development

- Create connective tissue between partner teams and Graphite's technical and delivery teams
Co-Sell & Collaboration Enablement
- Shape joint value propositions and partner-facing messaging
- Coordinate enablement sessions, demos, briefings, and capability overviews
- Help partners understand where Graphite fits into modernization deals and architectures
Program Development
- Provide input into partner program tiers, incentives, onboarding workflows, and engagement models
- Help define partner paths (referral, co-sell, co-delivery, integration, reseller, etc.)
Visibility, Signal & Reporting
- Maintain clear visibility into partner conversations, engagement status, and next steps
- Provide leadership with regular updates, insights, and partner feedback
- Share competitive landscape intelligence and ecosystem trends
Time Commitment & Engagement Model
- 25-50% time (generally 2-3.5 days per week or an equivalent distributed schedule)
- Work is flexible, asynchronous when needed, and aligned to partner timelines
- You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, focusing on highest-impact partner activity
Target Partner Domains
We are especially interested in PDMs with exposure to or networks in:
- Microsoft (Azure) partner ecosystem — Industry teams, App Innovation, Modernization, or SMC
- AWS partner organization — App Modernization, Migration, or Industry verticals
- Systems Integrators — mid-market SIs, regional GSIs, or boutique modernization consultancies
- Regulated industries partners — government, healthcare, financial services
Why Graphite GTC
- Proven track record in enterprise and federal modernization programs
- Trusted platform powering mission-critical applications
- Technology that enables rapid modernization, no-code development, and AI augmentation
