MAGNUS, a California-based, transnational company with offices in the US and Latin America, is a leading firm in our field. We offer healthcare translation, interpretation, and specialized communications services.
We are seeking to contract an experienced and disciplined Fractional Marketing Manager to join our team. If you’re a passionate self-starter, focused on a high level of client service - our company is a great place to get ahead.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the sales/AM team to define marketing goals aligned with business objectives
- Work with the sales/AM team to develop a marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals
- Lead marketing strategy execution
- Creates messaging and materials for sales outreach
- Build data and analyze marketing performance metrics
- Launches and manages campaigns and adjusts them based on data/performance
- Coordinate with vendors and internal employees as needed (writers, web support, internal team) to execute the marketing plan
- Ensures consistent tone, voice, and positioning (branding)
- Not afraid of Hands-On execution when it is required
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with awareness/branding campaigns and lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system
- Experience in marketing B2B services
- Proven ability to work independently
- Familiarity with marketing tools (CRM, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, LinkedIn)
- Experience supporting sales or account-based marketing initiatives
Nice to have:
- Experience working with translators or interpreters or with language companies
- Ability to speak and write a second language
- Project management experience
- Availability for periodic in-person meetings in Walnut, CA headquarters.
Skills:
- Organization and multitasking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Adaptability in fast-changing environments
Details:
- Around 20 hours per week, possibility to transition to a full-time position
- Independent contractor position
- Remote position
- Hourly rate: $50 - $150 per hour (based on experience)
