Role Overview

Heka is seeking a fractional Marketing Lead to maintain our digital presence, develop lead generation and nurturing campaigns on HubSpot, and manage content marketing efforts. This role involves strategizing, creative input, and hands-on content creation. You'll be the key driver of our marketing efforts, setting and meeting targets independently, with support from our sales team and two freelance content writers with domain-specific expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently drive all marketing initiatives with creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Maintain and enhance Heka's digital presence.
  • Develop and execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns on HubSpot.
  • Manage and schedule content strategy and creation (including coordinating with two freelance content writers with domain-specific expertise).
  • Set and achieve marketing targets.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to develop campaigns aligned with revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Ability to work on-site (in our amazing Soho office!) 2 days a week.
  • 3-5 years of prior US B2B marketing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech or financial services.
  • Proficiency in generative AI tools.
