About Us
We're building a Slack-based tool for teams to collaboratively use AI as they build documents and deliverables together. Anything from storyboards to product requirements to sales proposals, and beyond.
We've raised a pre-seed, experimented plenty, and finally have a product that is receiving exremely positive feedback from early customers. We use it every day internally!
About the Work
Our CEO currently has about 2 sales call per day, and the goal is to be booked all day with calls. We're looking for a Fractional Marketing Lead to help us start up our marketing engine, driving awareness for our product and fill our sales pipeline.
Specifically, you'll:
- Develop and execute an organic social media strategy, and a content strategy
- Our product lends itself well to content creation, and we believe these strategies will work well for us
- Help us refine our GTM
- We have an idea of the personas we want to target but could use a thought partner
- Identify and execute other ways to generate awareness, we're open to different ideas. Top of mind for us are:
- Community building
- Influencer
- Partnerships
- Other B2B growth hacks
- Work most closely with our CEO
About You
You should meet all the following criteria:
- 7+ years marketing experience for early-stage startups
- If your experience is primarily with large organizations, we won't be a fit
- Hands-on - you can flex between strategy and execution seamlessly
- If you expect or need other marketers to handle execution, then we won't be the right fit
- Particular expertise in organic social (B2B OR B2C)
- Success driving qualified meetings via social
- You've grown brand accounts from zero followers

- You're a former founder yourself
