Role Description
The Marketing Director (part-time, remote) is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that support audience growth, client campaigns, and brand visibility for CUMULUS MEDIA. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating marketing plans, coordinating cross-channel campaigns, and aligning sales and marketing efforts to meet business objectives. The role oversees market analysis, monitors campaign performance, and optimizes tactics based on data and feedback. The Marketing Director collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners, manages timelines and budgets for marketing projects, and ensures consistent brand messaging across digital, on-air, and promotional materials.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design and oversee effective marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability in Market Research and Marketing to analyze audiences, competitors, and trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience integrating Marketing and Sales efforts to support revenue goals and client campaign success.
- Proficiency with digital marketing channels, campaign analytics, and CRM or marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership or director-level role, preferably in media, advertising, or related industries.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
