Location: Remote / Hybrid (U.S.), PST-friendly hours
Nudge AI is growing with enterprise outpatient behavioral health groups (hundreds of clinicians). We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Leader to design and prove a repeatable go-to-market motion into non-Epic/Cerner ambulatory clinics—especially those on NextGen, AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks, Kareo/Tebra, DrChrono, athena, and similar. Ideal for a seasoned seller/operator who can sell today and build the machine (playbooks, channels, team) for tomorrow.
What You’ll Do
- Own pipeline creation → close for mid-market and enterprise outpatient clinic groups (BH and PCP).
- Build and iterate the outbound motion (ICP, sequencing, messaging) targeting clinic operators, practice owners, MSOs, RCM leaders, PE-backed networks.
- Stand up channel/partner motions with EHR resellers/implementers, RCM/BPO firms, and PE operating partners.
- Hire, train, and coach the first SDR(s); set activity/SQL/ARR quotas and compensation plans.
- Create repeatable assets: talk tracks, objection handling, ROI calculators, reference packs, and case studies.
- Drive land-and-expand across multi-site groups; structure pilots that convert.
What Makes You A Fit
- 6–10+ years selling healthcare SaaS to ambulatory/outpatient clinics; consistent $1M–$3M+ new ARR ownership.
- You’ve sold into clinics running NextGen/AdvancedMD/eCW/Kareo/DrChrono/athena (non-Epic/Cerner) and understand their workflows.
- You’ve built or led an outbound motion (playbooks, tooling, SDR hiring/coaching) that generated pipeline at scale.
- Strong channel DNA: relationships with EHR resellers/consultancies, RCM firms, MSOs, PE ops teams.
- Comfortable with HIPAA/BAA basics; you know how to shepherd deals through legal and security.
- Bias to action: you can prospect this week, close this quarter, and build a plan for the year.
Compensation
Competitive base + commission + meaningful equity; contract-to-hire/fractional options available. We're willing to be competitive.
