About Us
We provide a SaaS platform that helps restaurants offer online ordering, while owning their customer data, controlling their brand, and avoiding commissions. Restaurants pay a simple SaaS subscription per location.
We have thousands of restaurant customers to date, including several name-brand chains, and we're generating $300K+ ARR.
About the Work
Most of our customers are SMB restaurants, and we're struggling to unlock larger partnerships with US restaurant chains. We're looking for a FractionaL Head of Sales to help us move up-market, breaking into larger chains and channel partners.
Specifically, you'll:
- Develop and execute the sales process that targets large restaurant chains
- Identify potential channel partnerships, and drive that sales process too
- Help us improve our process to better convert existing leads
- We have a large top of funnel (mostly from Meta ads), but are struggling to convert (e.g. lots of no-shows from restaurant owners)
- Provide guidance to our Sales team of 3
- 1 BD rep
- 2 account execs
- Work closely with our CEO, who will also be heavily involved in the sales process
Sales stats:
- ACV: $3K / year for SMBs, but could be $30K+ / year for larger chains
- Sales cycle: currently about a month, but should be 2 weeks
About You
You MUST have:
- Played VP, Head of, Director-level Sales & Partnerships roles selling directly to restaurants
- Cafes and other F&B retail could also work
- An established network in the restaurant industry that you can leverage
- Significant SaaS expertise
- Comfort and interest in hands-on selling, from outbound through deal close
- Based in the USA only
