About Us
We provide software and managed services to behavioral healthcare clinics, helping them run their businesses more efficiently. Our platform is a vertical SaaS solution that supports clinics with operations, billing, and related needs.
We have a team of seven, generate ~$1 million in ARR from our core SaaS business, + $3 million in revenue from another arm of our business that actually acquires clinics.
About the Work
We need to improve our sales conversion rates, and it starts by leveling up our small, junior sales team. We're looking for a fractional Head of Sales to coach our team, build better processes, and help us close more inbounds.
Specifically, you'll:
- Take ownership of, and meaningfully improve, our demo-to-close conversion rate
- Coach and mentor our team of 2 salespeople
- Lead some sales calls to show what exceptional looks like
- Work closely with our SEO agency and outbound agency, responsible for most of our current leads
- Optionally, improve our marketing strategy if you have the relevant experience
Sales stats:
- 2 - 4 week sales cycles
- Low $X00,000 ACV
- Current demo-to-close is < 20%, it used to be 40%+
We're open to engagements that are more coaching/strategy oriented for 5 - 10 hrs / week, but it'd be even better if you're able to be hands-on selling and closing deals yourself, for 10+ hrs / week. If directly selling, we can discuss commission too.
About You
You MUST have:
- Led Sales for other early-stage healthtech SaaS / vertical SaaS startups
- Sold directly into clinicians / practitioners (not just large enterprises, hospitals, etc.)
- Exceptional Sales coaching abilities
- Based in the USA or Canada only
Nice-to-haves:
- Capable of being hands-on running deals from start to finish
- Experience with behavioral healthcare, or ABA clinics
- Significant Marketing experience too
