AllVoices helps People teams manage employee relations with more consistency and less manual effort and is looking for a Fractional Head of Product Marketing.
AllVoices makes it easier to stay organized and respond quickly and consistently to employee relations issues.
People Teams using AllVoices resolve cases faster, avoid costly mistakes, and build trust in a fair process—with less manual lift.
Innovative companies like Zillow, Sweetgreen, Patagonia, Chipotle, DoorDash and Zapier use AllVoices to replace messy spreadsheets, inconsistent documentation, and manual case tracking.
AllVoices integrates seamlessly with your HRIS, pulls in employee data, and surfaces AI-powered insights across the organization so you can spot trends, track outcomes, and confidently report up to leadership.
That’s why AllVoices was named a leader in the HR Case Management and Whistleblowing categories by G2.
The situation:
AllVoices is moving fast. We’re building the first truly AI-native platform for Employee Relations — helping HR teams handle everything from performance issues to investigations, accommodation requests, and conflict of interest cases. We're not just digitizing old workflows. We’re reimagining them with AI at the core.
The product roadmap is evolving fast. And our story needs to keep up.
We’re looking for a sharp and deeply hands-on product marketer to help us connect the dots between what we’re building, why it matters, and how it gets into the hands of the people who need it.
You’ll own product marketing. Fully. We have great design and dev resources to support you, but writing the briefs and making sure everything gets out the door? That’s you.
What you’ll actually be doing:
- Positioning the AllVoices platform in a way that resonates deeply with HR and ER buyers (think: clarity, not jargon)
 - Partnering with Product to bring new features to market (launches, comms, internal training, and customer-facing content and roadmap webinars)
 - Owning the website’s product story: from high-level headlines on the homepage to detailed feature pages that make HR folks go “finally!”
 - Building sales enablement that works — one-pagers, deck updates, and videos that help the sales team close smarter, not just harder
 - Writing (or scripting) short-form product videos, Loom-style demos, and walk-throughs people actually want to watch
 - Capturing and crafting customer stories that go beyond “they loved us!” to “here’s the business case”
 - Running messaging tests with our GTM and growth teams to keep evolving how we speak to the market

You’ll thrive if you:
- Have a strong point of view on positioning and product narratives — but you’re also not too precious to test and iterate
 - Know your way around the messy middle of HR tech, SaaS, and AI
 - Can go from “here’s what this feature does” to “here’s why it matters to your VP of People”
 - Know that writing is strategy — and you love the challenge of making complex things easy to grasp
 - Can self-manage and ship. You’re not waiting around for perfect input — you clarify, collaborate, and keep momentum going.
 - Have experience marketing a fast-evolving B2B SaaS product (bonus if you’ve worked in HR, ER, compliance, or AI)

Skills that support this role:
- Product positioning and messaging frameworks
 - Sales enablement (decks, collateral, objection handling)
 - Website copywriting + basic SEO thinking
 - Cross-functional collaboration (with Product, Sales, CS, Design)
 - Launch planning + GTM strategy
 - Video scriptwriting and light production direction
 - Customer marketing and case study development
 - Familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, Webflow, and Loom
