About Us

We're launching the next great national fast casual restaurant chain that serves bold, craveable, and delicious Hong Kong BBQ using only the highest quality, farm-fresh ingredients. Our first location launches in June, our second in the Fall, and 4 more in 2027, all focused on the NYC metro / suburban NJ market. We are headquartered in NYC.

We recently raised $7MM from world-class venture investors. Our founding team has helped build, scale, and invest in some of the most admired consumer and hospitality brands in the world (ex Cornell Hospitality, Eleven Madison Park, Hillstone, Panda Express, and many more).

About the Work

We're gearing up for our launch in 2026 and we're looking for a Fractional Head of Marketing to develop and help execute the holistic marketing strategy that drives awareness in our first market.

Specifically, you'll:

  • Develop the cohesive marketing strategy for our brand, with an initial budget of $10-20K/month as we test and learn before significantly scaling into channels and campaigns that drive awareness, trial, and repeat.
  • You’ll work directly with the CEO on translating our brand into a clear and opinionated go-to-market strategy across channels, including:
    • Affiliate/ Influencer
    • Community / Partnerships
    • Performance & Brand marketing
    • Email/ SMS
    • OOH / Mailer
  • Own agency strategy, briefs, performance expectations, and accountability
  • Own our influencer strategy, including identifying and engaging with the right influencers local to our market
  • Develop and own the marketing calendar, with a focus on our two grand openings this year
  • Help us shape the brand
  • Work directly with the founders as a strategic thought partner

What should excite you about this opportunity:

  • You’ll help define the marketing playbook from day one
  • You’ll work directly with founders who have built and invested in category-defining brands
  • You’ll influence how this brand launches, shows up locally, and scales nationally
  • Your work will directly impact openings, lines out the door, and repeat visits

We're open to an engagement that is either more hands-on or more strategic (i.e. 10 - 20 hrs per week), and candidates with different seniority levels ($150 - $250 / hr).

About You

You MUST have:

  • Owned marketing for other fast-growing DTC brands with retail locations (F&B, healthcare, fitness, etc.)
  • Significant experience driving foot traffic using geo-targeted marketing, community activations, and more
  • Expertise specifically in influencer marketing, UGC/organic social, paid social, events, and/or community building work
  • Experience reaching a mass consumer audience, not just affluent niches
  • Based in the USA only

Some nice-to-haves:

  • Restaurant chain experience specifically
  • Based in the NY tri-state area
