We’re hiring a Fractional Head of Growth (Independent Contractor) for Greetmate.
Approx. 10 hours/week | US-based required
Greetmate is a healthcare-focused AI communications platform, and we’re looking for a senior, hands-on fractional Head Of Growth to help us strengthen and scale lead generation.
So far, Meta Ads has been one of our primary sales drivers. We’ve seen real success with it, but performance has become inconsistent. We want someone who can step in at a high level, bring clarity, improve reliability, and help us build a stronger overall growth engine.
However, this is not just about Meta Ads. We want someone who can think more broadly about demand generation, channel strategy, messaging, creative direction, funnel performance, and pipeline growth. The right person should be comfortable both advising and helping drive execution.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience as a marketing & growth lead, or senior demand generation leader
- Deep understanding of paid acquisition, especially Meta Ads
- Proven success in SaaS, ideally healthcare or closely related markets
- Ability to shape strategy and personally help execute
- Strong instincts around positioning, messaging, creatives, funnel performance, and landing page direction
- Comfortable creating creatives, guiding creative production, and iterating on ad concepts
- Someone who can bring ideas beyond Meta, including other practical lead generation channels
- Comfortable working closely with founders and communicating in Slack

Scope:
- Roughly 10 hours per week. Open to discussing a monthly retainer for the right fit.
- Review and improve current lead generation strategy
- Help stabilize and improve Meta Ads performance
- Develop and test creative concepts, messaging angles, and ad variations
- Help create or direct creation of ad creatives and campaign assets
- Advise on landing page messaging, structure, and conversion performance
- Bring new ideas for additional channels and campaigns
- Actively help execute, not just advise
- Help us turn growth into a more consistent, reliable system
- This is a fractional independent contractor engagement, approximately 10 hours per week
- Expected range of $80-$150/hour depending on experience and level of hands-on execution. Open to discussing a monthly retainer for the right fit.
We are not looking for a generic agency operator or someone who only manages ad dashboards. We want someone senior, sharp, practical, and deeply experienced who can look at the full picture and help drive results.
