Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Fractional Head of Financial Accounting. In this position, you will oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. Daily responsibilities include managing financial reporting processes, analyzing financial performance, maintaining accounting policies, and providing leadership on financial planning and analysis. You will collaborate closely with other team members to optimize financial operations and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Finance and Financial Planning
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience with remote financial operations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
