About Us
At Siro, we are building an AI Coach for field sales. Most sales professionals in the U.S. work in field sales, but get ZERO on-the-job coaching because they are alone in the field. We are seeking a Fractional Head of Demand Generation that will be tasked with defining our marketing strategy and leveraging our marketing team to execute experiments across different messaging, audiences, and channels. This role will capitalize on Siro's strong product-market fit, goodwill among our customer base, and relationship with influencers in the space to drive broader brand recognition and, most importantly, demos booked.
Responsibilities
- Define the marketing strategy at Siro in close partnership with the Co-Founders
- Coordinate the execution of marketing experiments across different channels
- Lead and leverage our current marketing team
- Measure outcomes, report on ROI and scalability of marketing channels
- Focus on and drive the main KPI: number of demos booked
Requirements
- 10 - 20+ years of experience in marketing and demand generation, preferably at a sales-led company
- Experience driving results at a sales-led company to non-technical buyers
- Experience with Hubspot and Google Analytics
- Experience building a marketing playbook from 0 to 1
- Experience managing a team of marketers
Nice To Have
- Located in NYC
- Experience marketing to non-technical buyers
- Has served Home improvement and home services (e.g., HVAC)
- Experience driving results as a fractional leader
