Head of Brand & Go-to-Market

Celestial is looking for a hands-on Fractional Head of Brand & Go-to-Market to help us turn flo into a brand people know, identify with, and want to be part of.

flo is our AI-powered field service platform built to make life easier for the people who keep the world running. Our growing suite includes tools that reduce field paperwork through voice and AI, connect field teams with supervisors and customers, and flo Recruiter, which helps skilled workers build profiles, find opportunities, and connect with employers looking for talent.

We want Flo to develop a distinctive identity and culture around the people who work in the field. Then, use that identity to drive awareness, community, adoption, and ultimately revenue.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone who can help us build the brand and then take it to market. This person should be able to:

• Define flo's positioning, personality, voice, narrative, and cultural identity.
• Develop a practical go-to-market strategy around that identity.
• Create and execute campaigns that get people talking about flo.
• Build awareness and community among skilled workers, field-service companies, technical schools, and industry partners.
• Execute across content, social, advertising, partnerships, PR, events, community, and other creative growth channels.
• Help turn attention into users, qualified opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
• Work directly with our founders and product team in a fast-moving startup environment.

We're looking for a builder. Someone who has helped take an early-stage company from a product to a recognizable brand, and who is willing to roll up their sleeves to do it again.

This is a fractional engagement, with the opportunity for the role to grow as flo scales and potentially expand into the broader Celestial portfolio.
