We’re a fast-growing real estate buyer + seller matching platform building a category-defining startup. This is not a “social media manager” role — this is a hands-on growth + revenue optimization role.
We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused marketer who can combine growth strategy with light technical skills: someone who can spot funnel leaks, run experiments, automate follow-up, and drive measurable revenue.
What you’ll do:
- Audit and fix leaky funnels (landing page → signup → conversion)
- Build and optimize lifecycle email + SMS sequences, landing pages
- Run A/B tests across copy, offers, onboarding, and pricing
- Set up automations that reduce manual work and increase speed
- Create scalable growth loops (SEO, partnerships, referrals, outbound)
- Drive both buyer and seller acquisition with clear ROI tracking
- Work closely with the founder and ship fast in a startup environment
You’re a fit if you:
- Are a true executor — you ship fast, test fast, iterate fast
- Understand conversion, funnels, retention, and revenue mechanics
- Are comfortable with light coding, no-code tools, and automation workflows
- Think in systems, not random one-off marketing tasks
- Can measure what works and kill what doesn’t
Bonus (not required):
- Experience in real estate, proptech, lending, or lead generation
- Familiarity with Bubble.io, Zapier/Make, scraping, growth ops
- Experience building high-performing landing pages and onboarding flows
Compensation:
Hourly + performance upside tied to growth and conversions
