About the Work
We're historically a Sales-led organization, but we’ve been shifting toward a more strategic hybrid model of self-service SaaS (Product-led Growth) and Sales. In this journey, we're lacking a specialist that can really uplevel how we think about an omni-channel experience and conversion. We're looking for a Fractional or Interim Growth Lead that can own, analyze, and improve our upper funnel.
Specifically, you'll:
- Audit our funnel through acquisition, onboarding, early lifecycle, and ultimately trial to paid conversion
- Run segmentation analyses to figure out which segments convert better (and why)
- Organize A/B tests on our landing pages and onboarding flow
- Help create new ways to convert our free trial users to paid subscribers
- Use your learnings to inform new conversion-focused marketing campaigns
- Act as a bridge between the Product team and Marketing team
Marketing stack (non-exhaustive):
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Qualified (for inbound chat)
- Contentful (CMS)
- Analytics - Looker, Pendo, Fullstory, GA4
About You
You MUST have:
- Growth marketing expertise specifically for self-service SaaS startups
- You live and breathe lifecycle, conversion rate optimization, onboarding funnels, segmentation, A/B testing, etc.
- Strong experience with our marketing stack (particularly our Analytics tools)
- A highly analytical and data-driven mindset
- Close collaboration work with Product teams
- Based in Canada, USA, Latin/South America only
Nice-to-haves:
- You've worked at startups that sell to SMBs (particularly service-based businesses)
- fintech SaaS experience
