About the job
We’re looking for a sharp, AI-first operator to join us part-time and help take on a few client relationships. This is a hybrid role that blends strategy with hands-on execution — perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, loves solving new problems, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a client-facing growth lead, managing a small portfolio of early-stage companies
- Design and execute growth experiments across multiple channels (paid, organic, product-led, etc.)
- Collaborate directly with founders and senior leaders to identify key opportunities
- Use AI tools to accelerate work across marketing, automation, content, and analysis
- Own projects end-to-end: from strategy and planning to copywriting, campaign execution, and reporting This may sound vague... it is. That’s kind of the job. You should thrive in ambiguity. Your role is to help clients find their first repeatable growth lever, but the path from A to B is rarely straightforward.
You Might Be a Fit If
- You’ve got real-world experience in at least 3 of the following:
- Sales
- Performance marketing
- Content marketing
- Automation
- Copywriting
- You’re extremely comfortable using AI tools to get more done, faster
- You can confidently say “I don’t know — but I’ll figure it out” and actually mean it
- You’re a strong communicator with experience managing clients or external stakeholders
- You enjoy working independently, managing your own time, and juggling multiple projects
Details
- Part-time (~10–20 hours/week), with potential to grow.
- Remote, flexible hours, we care more about output than availability.
- Competitive pay based on experience. Flexible on either paying hourly or by client/monthly.
