Key Responsibilities
- Leverage existing foundation and catalytic capital relationships to source PRIs, recoverable grants, and MRIs
- Lead cultivation, structuring, and closing conversations with foundation program and investment teams
- Advance investment-oriented philanthropic capital aligned with real assets and venture and fund adjacent investment strategies
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of foundation investment prospects
- Support capital-structuring narratives (PRI vs recoverable grant vs MRI)
- Coordinate with leadership, legal, and financial partners as needed to close investments
- Work closely with executive leadership on fundraising priorities and sequencing
- Translate programmatic initiatives into investment-ready narratives
- Maintain clear attribution and reporting for capital raised

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in philanthropic fundraising, impact investing, or catalytic capital formation
- Demonstrated experience securing PRIs, recoverable grants, or MRIs
- Existing relationships with foundations or intermediaries deploying investment-aligned capital
- Deep familiarity with place-based investment, real estate, and community development finance
- Experience working with CDCs, intermediaries, or hybrid nonprofit–fund structures
