Franchise Development Lead

About Us

Palm Berries began as a family-run concept and has grown into a franchise-based açaí bowl & smoothie brand. As we continue to scale, we’re at a point where we need to move beyond a scrappy, founder-led approach and build a more structured, repeatable franchise system.

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in franchise development to work with us on a fractional basis. This role is ideal for someone who has helped build or scale franchise systems and enjoys working closely with founders during a growth phase.

What You’d Help Us With:

• Improving franchise lead generation and qualification
• Creating a clearer, more repeatable process for turning leads into signed deals
• Refining franchise marketing strategy and positioning
• Strengthening systems around onboarding, support, and franchisee expectations

Who This is a Good Fit For:

• Experience in franchise development, sales, or franchising leadership
• Comfortable working with a growing, founder-led brand
• Strategic thinker who’s also practical and execution-oriented
• Open to a flexible, fractional engagement

This role would start part-time and could evolve as Palm Berries continues to grow.
