We're a boutique financial services firm led by a Fractional CFO. We work mostly with early and growth-stage startups making $1MM - $20MM in B2B SaaS, fintech, edtech, and healthtech. Our specialty is building clear, investor-ready financial models and reports to help founders understand their business and communicate effectively with investors.

About the Work

We've launched a new productized financial modeling service, and are seeing significant demand for it. We're looking for a Fractional FP&A Lead who can help us scale our offering by delivering best-in-class financial models for our growing client base.

Specifically, you'll:

• Build, from scratch, financial models for our clients
  • Three-statement models
  • Valuation models
  • Budget vs. actuals
  • Scenario models
  • Unit economics + cohort analysis
• Run complex scenario planning analyses
• Create investor-ready reports that tell a compelling story
• Clean and organize messy data coming from sources like accounting platforms, CRM tools, payment/billing platforms, etc.
• Assist our Fractional CFO on client-facing calls, typically with founders

About You

You MUST have:

• Significant FP&A experience at early and growth-stage tech startups
• You can build custom, complex, beautiful, financial models from scratch
  • If you're used to using off-the-shelf model templates built by others, we won't be the right fit
• Plenty of scenario planning experience
• Super comfortable with tools like PowerBI, Looker, Tableau
• Availability for calls throughout the work week, USA time zones
  • It's okay to have a full-time job as long as you're readily available during normal hours
