About Us
We're building the AI Back Office for Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Clinics.
ABA services are the primary therapy for kids diagnosed with autism, yet waitlists for ABA clinics average between 6 - 18 months. Our goal is to eliminate that by making ABA clinics more efficient.
We're backed by South Park Commons, with two technical co-founders, including a former founder and an engineer at Instagram.
About the Work
We just signed a contract with Autism Allies as our first Design Partner! Time to get to building.
We're looking for a Fractional Full-stack Engineer (20 hrs / week) to work closely with our CTO as we build out our MVP
Specifically, you'll:
- Work across the front-end (web) and backend
- Get involved with LLM development and prompting (we use LLMs for video analysis)
- Work independently - scoping out your own features, doing your own QA
Our stack is:
- React, NextJS (both Typescript), Tailwind CSS
- MongoDB, Python, FastAPI, GCP
- Gemini Pro, OpenAI
About You
You should meet all the following criteria:
- You're familiar with the entire stack listed above
- Bonus pts if you also have mobile app experience, e.g. React Native, Swift, Objective C, Kotlin
- Bonus pts if you have LLM experience, either professionally or on side projects
- You have 4+ years engineering experience
- You've worked at early-stage startups
- You ship fast - done is better than perfect
- Based in USA or Canada (bonus points if its NYC or SF)
NOTE: We would love for this role to convert to a full-time role eventually. While we're open to keeping it fractional, we have a strong preference for folks that express openness to the idea of converting full-time.
How To Get In Touch
Hit that "Request Intro" button below
- Include links to projects you've built, Github, etc. so we can get to know your work
- A brief intro note that clearly addresses:
- Your stack experience as it compares to ours above
- Any LLM experience
- Whether or not you're open to the idea of converting full-time in the future (you won't be ruled out if not, but we want to know your intentions)
If we think there's a fit, we'll reach out to schedule an intro call. Looking forward!
