The Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape the financial backbone of a high-growth startup from the ground up. As our Fractional Chief Financial Officer, you will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and founders.

We are looking for a hands-on, pragmatic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building something great.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning for fundraising and investor discussions
• Set up and manage accounting and financial systems
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Build and maintain forecasting and budgeting models
• Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements
• Advise on pricing models, cash flow, runway, and key financial decisions

About You

• You’re a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• You’re confident building financial models from scratch
• You’re proactive, detail-oriented, strategic and commercially minded
• You’ve worked in or with startups or small businesses, and are comfortable with change and ambiguity.

Our office is in Soho and we believe in the benefits of working together, so ideally you’d be able to join us in the office at least 1 day a week. We expect that 1 day per week is the total expected days required to support the business but happy to discuss other options.
