Role Description

This part-time, on-site role is based in Shrewsbury, NJ. The Frictional ED will support the organization by managing program operations, coordinating events, overseeing fundraising activities, and engaging with the community to promote awareness of initiatives. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members, maintaining partnerships with donors and sponsors, and ensuring that the organization meets its goals. The role will also require administrative tasks, including budget oversight and program evaluation, to ensure programs are effectively executed.

Qualifications

• Program management, event coordination, and community engagement skills
• Experience in fundraising, donor relations, and partnership building
• Strong administrative abilities, including budget management and program evaluation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office or other administrative software
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated
• Passion for supporting foster children and youth through education and empowerment initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Education, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience working in a nonprofit or educational setting is a plus
