Context:

Forward is working with 10 year old company that’s recently hired a new CTO and is revamping their infrastructure. They have two separate, data-heavy products in legal space that they are combining into a single product.

They’re building a team 3-4 engineers to build out some infrastructure to keep both databases in sync (they currrently have a PoC for this built on debezium and kafka) and also set up analytics infrastructure that will help end users (law firms) understand what is happening with their data.

They’re looking for a fractional lead who can help them spearhead this project, both from a team building and from an architectural perspective. The idea is that this person will roll off once the team is well established and the major architectural decisions around the project have been made.

• You have experience building ETL pipelines
• You have experience building out analytics infrastructure
• You have experience leading and building teams
• You have consulting experience
• You have 10+ years experience
