About Us

We're a product studio with a goal to automate the un-fun parts of work. Products we've built so far:

• An eCommerce tool for creators
• An equity management tool for founders
• One to help automate support tickets
• And one to do content moderation

We have $20MM in annual revenue with just two full-time employees (20+ fractional employees).

About the Work

We're looking for fractional software engineers for 20 hours per week (or more, if you want it). You will be responsible for shipping code across any of our applications.

Specifically, you'll:

• Ship code. That's it.
• There are no meetings, no deadlines, no middle management

Our tech stack:

• React + Node.js, both Tyepscript
• Ruby on Rails (which we're moving off on in favor of the above stack)

Every team member starts out on a 6-week trial at a reduced hourly rate of $100 / hr. If you pass the trial, we increase your rate to $150/hr. You can also choose to receive up to 80% of your comp in equity instead.

About You

You should meet all the following criteria:

• Extremely skilled in our entire tech stack (including Rails)
• Highly autonomous
• You can point to personal projects that you've built and shipped to production. If you have no personal projects, we won't be a fit
