Company Description:
Lili Bermuda Perfumery is a heritage luxury fragrance brand based in the historic Town of Saint George, Bermuda. The company is known for crafting high-quality, artisanal perfumes inspired by Bermuda’s unique environment and culture. Lili Bermuda focuses on creating memorable scent experiences and offering exceptional customer service in both retail and online channels. Our team is small but we are all committed to preserving the brand’s legacy while driving thoughtful growth.
What we need:
Someone with proven experience in luxury/heritage ecommerce who understands:
- Shopify optimization that respects brand perception (not just conversion rate)
- Email revenue strategy (Klaviyo) that sounds like a fine fragrance house, not a fast-fashion brand
- Social media + email integration for premium DTC
- How luxury positioning and ecommerce mechanics are inseparable
- Your job will be to audit our website, email, and social; propose a strategy; and execute it in a way that grows revenue without turning us into something we're not. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fractional or contract capacity, manage priorities, and meet performance targets.
We start with a trial:
Before we commit, we will ask for a one-week audit and a fair rate you will propose. You'll review our Shopify, Klaviyo, analytics, and social. You'll write a report with what's working, what's broken, and what you'd change, and why. We will then ask for an ongoing engagement to execute what is proposed.
Non-negotiables:
- You've worked with luxury or heritage brands (not generic DTC scaling)
- You understand and love fragrances.
- You understand Bermuda — not as a setting, but as the story. You can articulate what makes it distinctive (the light, the seasons, the architecture, the British inheritance) and why cliché marketing would trash it.
- You can execute the technical work within Shopify, Klaviyo, and social media platforms
- You ask questions before you make changes
- You can articulate the difference between optimization and commodification
