About The Mission
HDA Financial & Insurance is building a movement of financial freedom and purposeful living. We need a senior operator to own growth strategy, creative standards, and KPI accountability.
What You’ll Own
- Craft & present a 90-day omnichannel growth roadmap with budgets, OKRs, and test plan.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute launch campaigns for HDA Financial, HDA Insurance & coaching program funnels.
- Lead Generation: Ensure consistent flow of high-quality leads into sales pipelines.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee paid ad campaigns (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube) and optimize for lead generation and sales.
- Creative Direction: Manage and guide UGC creators, video editors, and designers to ensure brand consistency and high-quality visuals.
- Define & enforce brand aesthetics (voice, visual, CTA hierarchy) across all properties.
- Direct $5–8 k monthly ad spend across ad platforms; maintain ≥ 4 : 1 ROAS.
- Build weekly dashboards that tie spend → CPL/CAC → revenue.
- Recruit, brief, and manage a lean pod of channel specialists (paid ads, video, lifecycle).
- Collaborate with sales leadership to improve lead-to-close rate and upsell paths.
What Makes You A Fit
- 3+ yrs scaling paid & organic funnels in insurance, fintech, or healthcare (regulated).
- Proven history cutting CAC or CPL ≥ 25 % while scaling budgets into six figures.
- Comfortable creating, critiquing design & copy
- Faith-friendly mindset; resonate with a purpose-driven, service-oriented culture.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
Work Location: Remote
