About The Job
At Harmoney, growth isn't just about bigger budgets. It's about smarter strategy, sharper insights, and campaigns that connect. That’s why we’re looking for a Fractional Director of Digital Advertising who’s not only fluent in performance marketing, but passionate about making every dollar work harder and every message hit deeper.
This role isn’t for someone who just sets targets. It’s for someone who defines them.
You’ll lead a team of skilled media buyers and analysts. You’ll manage large-scale ad spend across platforms like Google, Meta, YouTube, and more. And you’ll make high-impact decisions that fuel sustainable growth.
You'll work closely with content, product, and growth teams. You'll bring clarity to complexity. And most importantly, you’ll build systems that scale without losing soul.
If you're someone who lives in the data but thinks like a brand builder, we want to talk.
What You Bring
- Years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- A sharp eye for ROAS, CAC, LTV and the creativity to improve them
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta platforms, GA4, and attribution tools
- Leadership instincts and the confidence to own strategy, not just follow it
- Bonus if you’ve worked in finance, fintech, or any space where trust matters
What We Offer
- A seat at the table where your voice will shape what we do next
- Real budgets, real freedom, and real expectations
- A flexible work culture grounded in results, not hours
- The chance to help people feel better about money and how they find it
