The Position

The Fractional Demand Generation Manager will architect, execute, and optimize TAC’s multi-channel demand generation engine to support our growth across our core business units. This role is ideal for a performance-driven B2B marketer who understands full-funnel demand creation, can translate business objectives into actionable campaigns, and knows how to build pipeline through paid channels, content, landing pages, and email automation. 

This is a 15–20 hours/week, fully remote fractional role, ideal for a seasoned demand gen leader who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to shape the next phase of TAC’s marketing engine. 

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation Strategy & Growth 

  • Design and optimize full-funnel programs that generate MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, and measurable pipeline contribution. 
  • Develop audience segmentation, messaging, and channel mix recommendations based on funnel insights. 
  • Set performance KPIs, track campaign impact, and continuously improve ROI. 

Multi-Channel Campaign Execution 

  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns across paid media, email, content, landing pages, and partnerships. 
  • Oversee development of assets required to fuel campaigns (landing pages, nurture flows, ad creative, content briefs, one-pagers). 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with product positioning and GTM goals. 

Creative Brief Development & Asset Coordination 

  • Translate strategy into clear, detailed creative briefs for designers, content specialists, media buyers, and external partners. 
  • Manage the production workflow for campaign assets, including copy, design, and landing page builds. 
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with performance objectives and brand standards. 

Marketing Operations & Optimization 

  • Build and refine lead flows, conversion paths, nurture sequences, and funnel tracking. 
  • Recommend improvements to MarTech tools, reporting dashboards, and analytics visibility. 
  • Use A/B testing and data-driven experimentation to drive incremental gains in conversion and CPL. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with business unit leaders to support GTM initiatives with targeted demand gen campaigns. 
  • Work closely with leadership to align demand strategy with revenue forecasts and market expansion goals. 
  • Provide clear reporting on funnel performance and recommended next steps. 

Qualifications

Required 

  • 6+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance-driven B2B marketing roles. 
  • Proven experience building and optimizing lead generation funnels for B2B companies. A focus on D2C or B2C will not be considered. 
  • Strong understanding of MQL/SQL funnel mechanics, attribution, and pipeline reporting. 
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel execution (paid, email, content, landing pages). 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative briefs and manage asset production workflows. 
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and performance evaluation. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with senior leadership. 
  • Self-directed work style suited for fractional/remote engagement. 

Preferred 

  • Experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, digital agencies, or demand for complex services. 
  • Background in fintech, insurance, home services, or other CAC-sensitive verticals. 
  • Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.). 
  • Experience supporting GTM motions for multi-product or multi-business-unit organizations. 

What Success Looks Like

  • 90 Days: You've completed discovery with key stakeholders, audited current brand assets, and established clear brand guidelines and processes 
  • 6 Months: Brand consistency is visibly improved across all digital properties, creative briefs are driving better outcomes, and stakeholders view you as the go-to resource for brand strategy 
  • 12 Months: You've successfully guided the brand consolidation initiative, established a scalable creative process, and built a strong foundation for TAC's unified brand presence 

Work Arrangement

  • Fractional commitment: 15–20 hours/week 
  • Remote with flexible scheduling 
  • Long-term engagement preferred (12+ months) 
  • Competitive fractional rate based on experience
