We’re looking for a fractional Data / Product Analytics Engineer to help us level up our internal operations and product insights. This role sits at the intersection of analytics engineering, business systems, and product analytics, with a strong focus on speed, pragmatism, and clarity.
Scope & Projects
- Design and build new Retool dashboards to streamline internal operations across our EHR, payment systems, and other internal databases
- Connect additional data sources (e.g., payments, marketing tools) into our product analytics stack, including PostHog
- Create and maintain dashboards in PostHog to better understand product usage, patient behavior, and marketing performance
- Partner closely with product and operations to define metrics, answer ad-hoc questions, and improve data reliability over time
Experience & Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in analytics engineering, business systems, data analytics, or data-focused operations
- Strong fluency in SQL and at least one scripting or automation language (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Comfortable integrating APIs and working across disparate data sources (e.g., Stripe, marketing automation tools, Google Sheets)
- Proven ability to design scalable dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks that non-technical teams can actually use
- Familiarity with Retool is a strong plus
Engagement Details
- Fractional role, ~16 hours per week
- 3-month contract
- Emphasis on execution, clear communication, and practical solutions over perfection
