Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly reconciliations and prepare year-end financial statements.
- Manage construction budgets, project profitability, and cost controls.
- Oversee cash flow, develop financial models, and provide forecasting insights.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and facilitate audit readiness.
What We’re Looking For
- CPA Designation (mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience in the construction or residential home-building industry.
- Strong expertise in cost accounting, project financial reporting, and analysis.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver accurate results on time.
