Role Description
This is a one-day-per-week hybrid role for a Fractional Controller/Bookkeeper at GRACE+EMMA. The role will involve managing financial transactions, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. We'd like to dedicate one day a week to review finances, review AP, etc. This position is based in Carrollton, TX, with the flexibility for work from home.
Qualifications/Responsibilities
- Quickbooks Online
- GAAP-- Maintaining Accrual Accounting
- Strategic-minded-- offer solutions to reducing costs and investing in channels
- Handling property and sales tax for the business
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
