Our small but growing oil & gas client is seeking an experienced Fractional Controller to oversee high‑level financial operations and ensure their accounting foundation stays strong and compliant. This part‑time role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who enjoys autonomy, precision, and meaningful impact without a full‑time commitment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and maintain balance sheets, financial statements, and monthly reporting
• Serve as the primary financial liaison with banks, lenders, and external partners
• Oversee general liability insurance renewals, ensuring accurate coverage and timely submissions
• Review and strengthen internal accounting processes and controls
• Support leadership with financial insights, cash flow visibility, and risk management
• Provide guidance on compliance, budgeting, and long‑term financial planning

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting or controller experience (oil & gas preferred)
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, banking relationships, and insurance requirements
• CPA required
